What is Clickscape?
Clickscape is a full-service online real estate brokerage serving the Atlanta metropolitan area. We offer all the services of a traditional broker but in a way that takes full advantage of modern technology and communication. We firmly believe that given the necessary tools and information anyone can take control of the process of buying or selling a home. Our primary goal is to make this possible for every one of our clients.

How does it work?
- Search: Use our site to find homes that match your criteria. We provide tools to sift through the more than 60,000 homes available, rate homes, save your favorites, keep notes about them, and share them with your friends though email, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Narrow: Once you’ve identified a number of properties you are interested in, select up to ten that you would like to visit. We will coordinate showing appointments for you with the listing agent or home seller.
- Meet: We’ll meet you on the day of your showings for a brief introduction and Q&A on the process.
- Visit: Once all your questions have been answered, we’ll head out to visit your selected homes. W will provide access to the home and offer our advice as well as additional property information including tax records, recent prices, and sales history.
- Select: We will complete an in-depth comparative market analysis (CMA) for up to three properties of your choice. These CMAs will play a valuable role in your final decision-making process.
- Offer: We will write an offer on the property you choose and guide you through the negotiation process. We will assist you throughout the entire closing process including inspection, due diligence, and so on.
- Close: We will accompany you to the closing and assist with any last-minute details that need to be taken care of. You will receive your rebate either at closing in the form of paid closing costs or we will mail it to you within 3 weeks of closing (depending on your lender’s requirements).
What’s this about a rebate?
If you like the sound of our process, then you’ll love the reward. On the majority of real estate transactions, the seller pays the commission for both the listing agent and the buyer’s agent. We will rebate you up to 50% of any buyer’s agent commission2 we receive as part of a transaction.
Lets look at an example: Roger Salger and his wife, Lucy, have just accepted your $300,000 offer on their home. As part of the listing agreement, they have agreed to pay a 3% commission each to the listing agent and buyer’s agent for a total of six percent. This means that at closing they hand their listing agent a check for $9,000 and the Clickscape representative a check for $9,000. In turn, Clickscape rebates 50% of that amount, $4,500, back to you3.
Every transaction is different and the amount of commission offered may vary. To calculate your rebate amount, simply multiply the home’s sale price by the buyer’s agent commission percentage offered by the seller and divide by two.
What is included?
We include all the usual services provided by a traditional real estate broker including showings, competitive market analyses (CMAs), offer writing, negotiation assistance, transaction management, and closing services. In order to receive the full 50% rebate we ask that you limit yourself to 7 properties to be shown in no more than four showing sessions.
What if I want to see additional properties?
We will be happy to show you as many properties as you would like, but due to time, travel, and personnel costs, when we show 8 or more properties or perform 5 or more showing sessions the rebate amount will be 30%. In either case, we are always available to offer support via telephone, email, instant messenger, or Skype.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. With the rise of the internet, home buying has changed and buyers today are doing much of the work required when searching for properties. Real estate agents are no longer the exclusive gatekeepers of information they once were. We feel it’s only fair to reward our clients for the work they do in researching and narrowing their selections. At Clickscape, buying and selling is a partnership.

1 This scenario assumes a 6% total commission with 3% going to the listing agent and 3% to the buyer’s agent.
2 The rebate must be disclosed to and approved by your lender. If the buyer rebate percentage as defined above would result in a commission lower than $1,500 the rebate amount will be limited to the difference of the total buyer’s commission and $1,500. For example, given a purchase price of $80,000 and 3% buyer’s commission rate the total buyer’s commission would be $2,400 and the rebate to you would be the difference of $2,400 and $1,500 ($900).

Rebate is available only to buyers who close escrow/proceed to final settlement with Clickscape acting as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate.
