We offer all the services of a traditional broker but in a way that takes full advantage of modern technology and communication. Services for Home Buyers
Clickscape offers all of the usual services provided by a traditional real estate broker including showings, competitive market analyses (CMAs), offer writing, negotiation assistance, transaction management, and closing services. In addition Clickscape will rebate up to fifty percent (50%) of the buyer’s agent commission to you, the buyer.

Services for Home Sellers
Clickscape offers a low-cost but full-featured way to sell your home. We will list your home in the MLS for as little as $500 with no obligation and no up-front fees. If your home doesn’t sell then you don’t pay.
